Broadwater Action Group (B.A.G) has been formed by residents local to protect the conservation areas established between Broadwater Road and New Barns and that at Well Street to do whatever is possible to preserve them and protect against inappropriate development.

There is already a lot of information from Berkeley Homes and TMBC in the public domain through both Berkeley Homes website and their ‘scoping notes’ published on TMBC’s planning portal.
