Broadwater Action Group (B.A.G) has been formed by residents local to protect the conservation areas established between Broadwater Road and New Barns and that at Well Street to do whatever is possible to preserve them and protect against inappropriate development.

Over the past few years BAG worked hard to protect Broadwater Farm and its surrounding countryside. From mobilising hundreds of local residents to respond to planning applications, to engaging with TMBC on each stage of the Local Plan, BAG has consistently represented the community’s voice. Over the past few years BAG worked hard to protect Broadwater Farm and its surrounding countryside. From mobilising hundreds of local residents to respond to planning applications, to engaging with TMBC on each stage of the Local Plan, BAG has consistently represented the community’s voice. Now, with TMBC’s consultation on the new Draft Local Plan officially open, BAG is once again reviewing the proposals and encouraging all residents to take part in shaping the future of our area.
